How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Standingdivided Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How your contact or call with Standingdivided Plumbing went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we matched you with
If Your Issue Is With a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the plumber. Raise it directly and keep a written record.
Still, tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Standingdivided Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide anything for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@standingdivided.world and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Comes Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean reaching out to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
